PowerStream Energy Service is a utility billing provider that delivers sub-metering services to multi-unit buildings. Typically these buildings, like condos, can receive electricity, water, gas and BTU from a bulk provider. PowerStream Energy Services measures the individual unit consumption, so you only pay for the energy that you use.

Bills are issued on a monthly basis.

As the unit owner, you and your tenant should complete a Tenant Enrollment/Confirmation form.

Your billing and payment information can be accessed online through the customer portal. You can access this information by logging into the customer portal with your account number and password. If this is your first time logging on, you can activate your account here.

If you made a payment close to when your next bill was printed, it may not have been received in time for us to include on the bill print. If that is the case, you can check your account balance through the customer portal or contact our customer service team.

Yes, a credit reference letter can be provided. Please contact our customer service team for more information.
