How to Enroll in E-Billing


Step 1: Activate Your Account in the Portal

If your account is already set up in the portal (i.e. you're able to monitor your consumption and bills online), skip to step 2.

Visit the Portal Registration Page to sign up for an account in the customer portal. You will need your account number and meter number, both of which can be found on your PowerStream Energy Services bill. You will be asked to set up a portal account using an email address and password.



Step 2: Log into Your Portal Account

Visit the Portal Login Page and sign in using your portal email address and password.



Step 3: Activate eBilling

Once you are logged into the portal, under My Account, click E-Bill Options. This opens the eBilling settings page.

Use the drop down menu to change your setting from Paper Bill to Email Bill (E-Bill). Click Go.

Step 4: Confirm Your Enrollment

The system will verify your eBilling enrollment by sending a confirmation to the email address that you provided during setup. Follow the email's instructions to confirm the change.

If you would like to switch back to receiving paper bills, visit the Portal Login Page and sign in using your portal email address and password. Once you are logged into the portal, under My Account, click E-Bill Options. This opens the eBilling settings page.

Use the drop down menu to change your setting from Email Bill (E-Bill) to Paper Bill. Click Go.
