Payment Arrangements
If you're having difficulty keeping up with your utility bill, you may be eligible for a payment arrangement. These plans are designed to help customers pay off outstanding balances over time. Please contact our Customer Care team at 1-855-952-5280 to discuss your options and set up a plan that works for you.
Financial Assistance Programs
Several programs are available to support customers who qualify, based on income:
- Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP): One-time emergency financial support to help with overdue bills.
- Ontario Electricity Support Program (OESP): Monthly bill credits for eligible low-income households.
- Additional local or provincial assistance programs may also be available.

Your Voice Matters: Contacting the OEB
